Absolutely not recommended. At first I sat outside for more than 10 minutes without anyone showing up. Nobody to be seen in the sales area, only deafening loud music. After another wait my mother came over and asked me if I hadn't ordered anything yet. I then pointed out the "self-service" sign. So again in the interior. Here the question arose "should we go behind the counter and take the ice cream ourselves?" Can't be meant that way. Until then there is still no one to be seen. After shouting extremely loudly, a young lady actually appears. This pamped us directly "whether we couldn't read and whether we don't know what self-service means". No, we really don't know in an ice cream parlor. Our thought: should you put together an ice cream sundae, cappuccino, etc. yourself behind the counter and look for how all other equipment works and then just put the money down ???? So, if service looks like this, I can thank you for doing without this friendliness. We left the location without having achieved anything. Unfortunately not an isolated case. In all honesty, it saddens you to see the people who REALLY struggle to survive in the Corona period and often have to experience such processes, but who then complain the loudest about how difficult they are and are about to close. I wonder why???? I don't want to and can't do more about this experience. Ultimately, it is clear to us that we will no longer enter this shop. Unfortunately we ate our ice cream at home.

EXTREMELY unfriendly boss. Read through all one and two star ratings here, at least 90% of which are attributable to this incredibly customer-contemptible people. Even if they had the best ice cream in the world (which they NEVER have), you would not want to give that person a single cent of his money.

Incredible unfriendly service I have not experienced so. I had a hair in the sundae - after addressing the gentlemen at the issue, I got the suggestion that I could have done it myself. There are no stars from me, one had to be, otherwise I would not have been able to post a rating! Definitely not recommended !!

Ice cream parlor in Kelsterbach, personally I am since 1984 guest / customer there. The quality has not lost in all these years. Friendly staff, prices are also ok.

I can definitely not confirm. Many years ago a woman was working in the same place, who was totally unfriendly and there was the cult ... Funny.
